One instance I would have loved to have two charts open at once was when I wanted to just copy and paste family history from one sibling to another. Another would be to look up social history of couples . . .
Maybe all these problems got solved in version 5. I am still on the upgrade path.
No these issues are not solved with V5.
You can print a draft of the document (I think it creates a wordpad document similar to last note saved) and then use that to cut and paste.
