I can't believe that unsigned charts are left in the mailbox for any significant length of time. All our notes are signed and accounted for as signed at the end of every work day. My mailbox is empty. I go through over 100 messsages every day. The beauty of AC is that we deal with everything the day it happens. My MA has some trouble keeping up with me and has things to do or appts to arrange with specialist and those things are in his mailbox but no charts are left unsigned in anybody's mailbox. That is just asking for trouble.
