Anyone who has the administrative password can look up the password related to the individual account:
1. View
2. Administrator Options
3. User account (configuration)
4. Add/edit user--- if you scroll to find the username, in the middle of the screen, the account password is visibly written.
At this point you can either change it, or just log in to the Rogue account, retrieve the messages, and resend them to the provider/whomever needs to solve the 127 delayed msgs.
5.Your IT person may need to be reminded of access/info limits, and when a request like that is being made, then they need to go through the right chain of command.
