One of my MLP's, a NP, is having personal "issues" and taken a leave of absence. She has 127 messages, labs and charts in her mailbox that is only accessible to her hidden password. One AC problem is that if an incomplete chart is in a mailbox it cannot be viewed by even the administrator. Does anyone know of a way an administrator can access a provider's message box without the provider's password?? Thanks, Aldo
