Thanks. Problem is that the wife uses Dragon when she's using it at home. I don't think that will work the way you suggested.

I already have a free LogMeIn account. It's quite nice.

Problem with thumb drive is that she's not that computer savvy, and also we have staff arrive before her.

Wish tech support could just fix the issue.
