My favorite way to be a moron is when a medication that is obviously approved by Medicaid in Maine like Zithromax is turned down by the pharmacy. So, I get way up on my high horse and call them only to find out it is something obscure that never comes up such as Medicaid does not allow a Medicaid member to have Zithromax twice in one month. Apparently, you can only have sinusitis once a month. It's not as if they are saving money, given I will just prescribe Augmentin or Ceftin anyway.
