We're getting close to perfecting, or idiot-proofing, a better transfer protocol but of course a better idiot can always come along.
re setting up a dummy practice with one high level user. As I recall you are asked to name the practice as well as the high level user. My fear was this would usurp the practice and subscription description. Can we assume that "Restore Database" populates the "new main" dummy account with all of your original practice details (e.g. true practice name, address, other staff etc) as well as, of course, patient data?
