I just did this and it was a breeze.
I Installed AC onto the new computer. Called it the main computer and created a dummy practice with one user.
Backed up AC on the old computer to a thumb drive and put it onto the desk top of the new computer.
Found the backup and restore utility on the new computer.
Restored.
Pointed the other computers on the network to the new computer's AC folder.
done.
Going home to watch the Redsox.
