Hmm. Not sure exactly what you mean. They are imported by my front office and placed in the appropriate category for the patient (i.e. radiology). This automatically sends them to my inbox to sign off.
I open the chart in the inbox and it opens the imported item that needs to be signed off. I read the report/lab/whatever and click "sign". done. You can add comments if needed. Then, AC automatically goes to the next one to sign off. It's "amazingly" quick and efficient.
