Easy - go into the Admin and use the general button which allows you to sign off all imports. When we import we send everything to nursing so none of the doctors are getting copies of registration forms or insurance cards to sign off on (can't imagine)! Anything scanned from an electronic document is imported to the chart and the PDF is sent to the doctor in Outlook for review. We don’t use the AC email for this function as it is too slow and meddlesome.
