I did make the changes as suggested by all of you & it did fix the problem of my MA being able to send the notes & they showing up under my name. I appreciate all your help in the matter. I had another question about the templates sharing between me & MA. Since the upgarde to version 5.02 she is not able to see some of my templates. I have gone to Admin & shared them again with her, but she is still not able to see them. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Verma
