I thought that I had it figured out but I don't. The ma is signed in as the MA and I am signed in as me. I send him the order for a referral and the reason for the referral in the comment area of the referral. He sets everything up and sends the patient a letter with the details....logged in as him then he sends me a note reminding me to write the referral letter to the physician which I do logged in as me. The problems then is that when I write my letter logged in as me it will sign my MA's name unless I edit it to reflex that I am sending the letter. I don't understand this as we don't even use the same templates. This only started a few weeks ago. It used to be my name if I wrote the letter. It is easier to just change it right now. Will need to check it administratively when I have some time.

This is one of those things that would be ideal to use chat for. The tech can remote into your computer and watch everything you are doing to see where the problem is, whether is is with AC or with something you are doing. Would probably take all of 15 minutes.
