I feel the EMR-only market will soon dry up, so Jon's decision to add a PMS is more about adapting to the reality of new market expectations than it is about changing the target demographic.
Agreed. But, he not only needs to worry about developing a PMS, he also needs to realize that in doing so and in adding SQL Server, he needs more tech support.
It is ironic that SQL Server adds stability yet it is causing instability for a lot of users.
