I agree with Vinny as I usually do. Neither are cheap. We don't interface to AC either and part of this is because the codes aren't as accuate as they need to be.
I searched the Internet for days once (yes I have no life). You would think there would be either an Excel or Access database of ICD-9 and CPT codes up to date that could simply be plugged into AC. But, I think too many people would rather sell books and DVDs than to do this. The insurance companies should make them available.
