Welcome to AC. I can't speak to the interfaces, but I have used both Medisoft and eMedware (Sage). I must say I don't know where these companies get their softare programmers.
eMedware is considerably cheaper especially if you just get their one user license regardless. I have not used Lytec. eMedware's support is pretty good, but I know for a fact that Medisoft has incredibly good support.
