It's been difficult to work with tech support, as they seem to call right when I'm trying to see patients, I tell them what are better times to call and I don't hear from them, only when I'm seeing patients, so here it is 6:45 PM and after a whole day of this I'm no closer to getting help. So, if you read this soon, would you call me at 407 895-6846? I know tech support is always busy and I'm not trying to sound ungrateful, just frustrated and could use some help. I plan to be here until around 7 PM, so if you don't get this until after I'm gone, that's OK. Luckily my old laptop is still somewhat functional so that will do for now.
