Thanks, Bert, I really appreciate it. I called support this morning and they were working with me but then I had to see patients, they will call me back. Fortunately, I have a very light schedule today. If that doesn't work, I may take you up on your offer, maybe this evening around 6-7 PM, but any time after that would also be fine.
