George is correct. I would just follow the prompts. And, believe me, there are people who devote their entire lives to OS and SQL and still have these questions.
Remember, it stands for Structured Query Language. Nuff said. But, PLEASE, back up your server first. There are even programs such as Backup Assist (you have to purchase an extra module -- get the trial if possible) which backs up your SQL Servers.
But, bottom line, install V4 and go from there.
Leslie, you have to get VM. Then you could install it to your regular computer. Do a snapshot. Then install to your heart's content. Screw it over. Go to previous snapshot. Do it again. Rinse, repeat.
