Only about four things one of which is on Vista. You probably won't miss them. SP3 is basically all of the updates from SP1, SP2 and all after rolled into one plus the four additional updates. This makes it much easier to roll out a new XP disk.
While it contains all of the updates, Microsoft recommends that you install SP1 first, if you are starting from scratch.
