What is on your machine? Win xp service pack 2 or 3, mine is 3
What is the AC version you tried with? is it 4.59 or 4.60 (th elatest one).
I am plannin gto try with AC v4.60 sometime this week and hope to be trouble free..
AC support think that my original issue should be resolved in 4.60....we will find out soon. However, I would like to know if you have the same Windows and AC as mine or is it different.
