Bruce, no billing is not part of this Version 4. In talking with Jon, it appears that SQL will be stabilized first and then he will proceed with other major changes. I recently went with MTBC the internal company (meaning the one that will accept output directly from AC). THey are only OK, we are still sorting things out since July.
I did upgrade and there are some connectivity problems at this time. Sometimes a windows account will work, sometimes it won't. On some machines most accounts work on some only administrator accounts. Actual functioning is good, including my win 2K 400mHz machine.
