I'll chime in.

We use a Brother printer/scanner/copier. It has worked flawlessly for the past 2.5 yrs My only regret is that I did not purchase the one with the fax as well. My previous experience has been that faxes were always too busy and I did not want it slowing down the other functions. Since we are more efficient - I really didn't need to have that fear.
