We have been using the reminder (yellow box on the encounter) for such things as "takes Coumadin", "is pregnant", "needs clearance for surgery from cardiologist", etc. We have found that when the reminder is used the patient's picture is no longer available since the occupy the same space on the encounter. Is there a way to use both?
