Hey Vinnie-I would like to create new ad-hoc reports. What software do I need to run queries against the AC database? Is the description of the AC tables available somewhere? I will like to be able to run statistics on codes and reimbursement percent for different insurance companies among others. My father and brother have volunteered to do this for me. Any good report made will be shared with the community.

I love ya man!!! Oh please, oh please!!!! This is the kind of data we need. I'm about to buy a new PM program for billing and other PM functions because this is such a needed feature. It is why so many of us have been asking for a good PM module inside and as a part of AC.

With the way the business side of this business is going you really can't run a practice properly and responsibly without such tools.

Good luck and keep us all in the loop...

As I mentioned, I think Amazing Charts could really use a small, fast and simple data export utility, where you can export whatever fields you want in tabular form, and then use other programs like Excel or Access to analyze them.

This export utility could even be separate from AC.

Yes but it would be really nice to have some of these features in a programed way for those of us who become deer with our eyes in the headlights when we even think of having to try and do such things from a clean slate... I wouldn't get past the first step of two probably... I think....
