We had an interesting problem yesterday.
We found solution too:

One my staff's workstation would not get any emails in AC. She could log in another computer and get her emails.

So here is the puzzler question. What was wrong?.

(Footnote. We found the solution. I just wanted my friends to think over and find an easy solution. If nobody posts answer in 72 hrs I will post the answer!)

I dont know, but Windows is so flaky that the first thing I do if something weird starts happening is to just reboot the sucker. If that doesnt fix it, then I start looking for the real issue.

The station peer, client in question was the only one working either on a newer or older version of AC??? And if I had to be a betting man, I'd say most likely it was that it had the older version as compared to the rest of the computers on the network...

Guys: Thanks for trying. 72 hrs is tomorrow but tomorrow will be busy, so here is the solution.

Shutting down and restarting did not work.
Version was the newest in that slowpoke workstation.

It turned out to be the date and time was wrong on that workstation (for some reason), the time and date in the right lower corner of screen. She was 1 day behind. So could send the email, but not receive.

Once that was changed, no problem.

Try it in your spare time, and see if you can duplicate the problem.

We did not have time to duplicate the problem, and we were happy to solve first time problem.
