So, the uploads to Office ally have been goin well. However, some claims are being uploaded as "signature not on file" in box 12 and 13 but in AC they are both marked yes on the 1500 form. Because of this, patients are receiving the payments instead of us AND WELL YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS! I have noticed it with some Cigna claims(usually the ones associated with Unions) and some Oxford claims(again-associated with unions) ?????? I have called the companies and the claims are making it through but with a no in box 12 and 13. Any ideas?

we had that happen last with a United Healthcare pt last year while using OA, none since then, wonder if it is OA problem?
