Accessing the prescription writer and history is taking forever. I never know if it's going t work or come up and if it doesn't , I have kill AC and start over .
Am I the only one having this problem?

Try to wait it out. That's what I do. It usually finally opens.

Yesterday after lunch Erx grinded to a halt. Taking minutes! to open the Erx window. Doing a prescription literally takes 10 minutes. When finally finished Rx when submitted takes minutes and cannot do anything with AC in the meantime. I was thinking to print Rx, but didn't have the time to figure how to do that. I am starting in 1/2 hour seeing patient and I am dreading already what will happen today.
