So, when I had to go to NewCrop to send controlled substances, it was easy to click on PMP and update the date. In Maine, you have to check the Physician Monitoring Program at least quarterly. Now that we can prescribe from within AC, it isn't that convenient. I found out by a phone call from the state board.
Maybe I am missing something. Is there a quicker way to do it?

there is an integration to run this within AC. i'm using it and works ok. another option is to have staff run quarterly queries from the state database. from rx menu hit pdmp and a controlled sub report pulls up i think it's $150 a year? https://go.bamboohealth.com/ehrrequest

The integration that I am using does not work. It has error messages, gives me a support number that doesn't work. THIS HAS TO WORK.

I was able to get AC Support to fix mine with the help of Bamboo Health.
