Has anyone else been having trouble logging into AC Cloud?
This issue has occurred about three times this week. Whenever we try to log in, we get stuck on the "Administrative Login" screen, regardless of the computer we're using. This has happened both onsite and offsite. Typically, AC ends up resetting the system from their end, as resetting via the Citrix icon on the computer doesn't work. It requires a hard reset from AC's side.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what might be causing the problem? AC Tech Support has been fantastic, but I really hope this issue stops happening, as it's causing significant delays in our day.
