Hi all-
I work for a free clinic and we applied for/received access to athenaOne at no cost to us. As a small operation, we don't have an IT department or a significant budget to hire someone to manage this changeover for us. We have been using AC for several years, and I am trying to work out the best way to import our patient data into the new system. Anytime I try to export data on my computer, the system loads for a while and eventually freezes.
Our onboarding specialist with athena has said that they will be able to import the charts for us if we are able to export from AC in a CCDA format. This would be vastly preferable to having to manually port all of our charts into the new system.
I would be infinitely grateful to anyone who can point me in the right direction!
