Using Dragon Medical 12, but adding a nurse practitioner and standalone Dragon no longer available. Anybody with experience with Dragon Medical One? $99/month forever seems depressing. Don't think I'm ready for AI notes yet. Not sure my farmer patients would be okay with a 3rd party in the room. Probably going to have to bite the Dragon One bullet, but would like some advice on options, please.

I tried Dragon years ago and never felt it was intuitive enough to really help. I should probably look at it again. I tried FREED, one of the new AI scribes and it worked well but you still need to read over it and cut/paste into AC chart. I'll follow this post to see what others say.

I find Dragon is pretty good and easy to use. Click in the box and talk. My TableMike picks up pretty well at 2 feet away and allows both hands to be free to work the keyboard and mouse. (The microphone is the most important part of the experience.) Dragon One subscription may be the answer since I'm only adding one provider, but curious about what's out there.
