Hello. I can not open uptodate within AC anymore. It says Uptodate does not support Internet Explorer anymore. Any solutions?

I would first ask what version windows you are on
Default browser for windows 10 is edge
Windows Explorer is still accessible
For compatibility with older programs
They look the same but are different

First make sure you are using Microsoft Edge not windows explorer
But yes you could try chrome or Firefox I assume
Windows explorer have been end of life for quite a while and is provided for compatibility for older sites only it is suggested to use the newer browser provided with win 10 which is edge

You can select the help about on the browser to see which one you are using
Only a keen eye can tell the difference without checking
Possibly someone changed the default browser from edge to windows explorer
