Maybe a one-time quirk, but I sent in an oral capsule Rx yesterday and the pharmacy received it as a suppository UOM. I double checked the sent Rx and it clearly was capsules. Fortunately the directions were still for oral capsule and the Rx does not come in a suppository form, so the pharmacy contacted me for clarification. Just passing along in case any of you see it. If it happens to me again I will contact AC directly. The medication was memantine 10 mg capsule.

Oh, also, I don't think the pharmacies are getting the "notes" part of prescriptions, or so I have been told a few times.
