I find this HIGHLY irritating.

I realize you can see who a patient saw last on the scheduling box on the schedule tab - but I want to know their assigned primary provider. Some of our sick patients see whoever is free even if they see someone else usually. I want an easy way without clicking into the chart to know who someone’s PCP is.

We don't have this problem since we have 1 provider, but I just end up typing a lot of things that AC can't track into the yellow popup note box. At least it gets in the chart somewhere.

I do too - but it’s not something that we can (or in my opinion - should) have to utilize that box for as the most top priority item, ya know?

It’s a good question. I almost think it would be nice if if was in the list when looking up patients, but could also just be in that “last seen by xxx 4 weeks ago.” Spot with PCP: Smith. Or something.

The easiest way to do this would be for the front desk kto put it in the "Yellow Sticky" so you will see it when you highlight the chart to schedule.
It requires retraining the front desk.
As a solo provider I too do not have this issue, but the Yellow Sticky is useful for "heads up" announcements on patients (like outstanding balances)

I put it in the beginning of the PMH box. Pretty smart, don't you think? Yeah, I'm pretty smart.
