So I set a stopwatch timer and it takes my cloud-based AC 59.3 seconds to pull up the history of a medication that I prescribed. Even the SureScripts pharmacy info which has other providers shows up in under 5 seconds. Are server-based platforms any faster? I don't understand why this is so slow since it doesn't involve Surescripts or NewCrop.

These inquiries have always been slow. I have noticed that sometimes it will seem faster, 11.5 is possibly a little better but we did recently change out the main computer. After checking tonight, I found one pt took 15 seconds and the next 53 seconds
The 15 second pt was one that I have not seen for very long and the medication has only been prescribed and refilled 3 times. The 53 second pt I have seen for a long time with the medication originally prescribed on 4/15/2020 with 33 refills.
