So we are on the cloud, AC 11.3.2 build 103, recent forced upgrade to Citrix Receiver. All my practice documents are gone. Handouts, rating scales,HIPAA forms, med sheets, illustrations. Tech Support says it's a nationwide issue. Fortunately most are backed up but not all. Three weeks and still no answer.

I put a comment in and Chirs Tevyaw from AC support called, said he'd fix it and did in a few minutes.
