Has anyone ever experienced the following: (and it only happens on two PCs -- of course the two exam rooms)
I will set up a requisition to print. Click on the print icon at the top of the window. It greys out. But, it doesn't bring up the printer window. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes before it does.

Hi Bert.
It could be a couple things. First thing I would do is try updating/reinstalling the printer drivers on those computers. There may be a conflict with the driver that is causing the error. This is fairly easy to do on your own.
The other thing that could be causing the issue is an error with Crystal Reports. This is the program that AC uses to generate the preview window. For this, you would need to reach out to support to help fix it.

Thanks Mark,
I did do the print drivers. So, maybe crystal reports. I guess I should call support?

I have that happening, just started after a Windows update. I just hit print and it goes through. I don't wait for the preview anymore.
