Click on the print icon at the top of the window. It greys out. But, it doesn't bring up the printer window. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes before it does. Bert Pediatrics Brewer, Maine

Mark@AC Member Joined: May 2012 Posts: 340 Likes: 7 West Warwick, RI	Hi Bert. It could be a couple things. First thing I would do is try updating/reinstalling the printer drivers on those computers. There may be a conflict with the driver that is causing the error. This is fairly easy to do on your own. The other thing that could be causing the issue is an error with Crystal Reports. This is the program that AC uses to generate the preview window. For this, you would need to reach out to support to help fix it.
