They didn't send it to me........
If you do it please let us know! I would if they asked. Are you cloud or server based?

Server based. If you want I can forward the email to you, because it was not specifically sent to me.

I did get an email and I have responded. Thanks for the offer. I feel like the kid in the back of the class with his hand up, pick me-pick me-pick me! Might should be careful what I wish for...........

We definitely need someone from this user board (cough, Chris, ahem) on the AC advisory board.
First we are identifying bugs well ahead of beta users and AC staff. This can be a major advantage if AC chooses to use our bug reports.
Second this user board needs intel on how things are going within AC.

I agree. I have this feeling that there is a disconnect between what we discuss on this board and what happens at AC. Especially since Chris is not on this board anymore,

I agree, I wish Chris and Mark from AC were still here to let us know what is going on at the mother ship! Hopefully, AC really is wanting providers to help improve the product. I think this groups is well ahead of the curve for the issues this program has, not just complaining but also with viable solutions.

Nope. Nothing.Nada. Was the idea scrapped? Maybe Mark can chime in? No timeline was given in the email that was sent from AC, so maybe it is a slow progress. Would also lime to know if anyone had replied and received a response.

Hi Raj.
I can absolutely chime in. We are working on contacting everyone that was selected for the CAB this week. Some people have already been contacted via phone and/or email. We are following up this week with the candidates. If someone declines, we select another name from the list to contact. Canidates were selected via a committee to represent a wide variety of users and specialties. We wanted a mix of large and small practices, on site/hosted, and with a variety of different interfaces. The goal was to get as much representation of the customer base as possible.
The first CAB meeting is tentatively set for 7/27. The internal team is meeting next week to finalize the agenda. One we have that finalized; I will be sending out meeting invites to all the CAB members. We are also going to be sending out a general email about it to the rest of the users, just giving and update. I am in the process of working up that email now.
If you have any additional questions, just let me know. I am excited for this first meeting.

These slots should be going like hotcakes. I mean the chance to talk with Chris and me for a whole hour monthly is golden.

LOL... That is just a bonus!
The meetings are probably going to be quarterly first, not monthly. This gives the dev team time to take action on suggestions from the CAB.

Hi Mark. Thanks for the update. I am encouraged by the initiative of AC to form this board. We have always been saying that input is needed from users but felt that there was no place to bring them to AC. Keep up the good work!

I am happy to say that I have agreed to be on the advisory board for AC! I am not sure what all this entails as we have no specifics. I hope to be able to let everyone here know how things are going once the meetings start. Thank You Mark for posting on the forum and hopefully this will help Amazing Charts be a better product for us all.
