So I complained to the right person, emailed tech support and helped out by Jennifer Siekiera <JSiekiera@harriscomputer.com>. My issue was that when I hit Write Scripts, it would delay up to about a minute before allowing me to continue. Also getting the history and was given me an error message. All she did is go to Preferences, My Preferences, User Preferences, Prescriptions, and under Medication Adherence Programs UNCHECK first 3 boxes and CHECK last two to not send text reminders of Rx'es. THANKS for telling us. Also learned that Amazing Reminders wasn't working for many patients and says it's due to AT&T not working, their telephone vendor. THANKS AGAIN for telling us. Updox texts any and all problems they have to everyone. Sheesh!

Let me get this straight...
Those of you who purchased "Amazing Reminders"... ALL of you.... it was down recently? And the reason was that Harris' phone vendor was having issues? And they didn't let customers know?

Correct. That is what 2 people in tech support told me. I guess they didn't pay their AT&T bill.
