I am in the middle of upgrading to V11.1.4 now, completed the installer step, trying to open AC 11.1.4 but cannot with the following error message: "Cannot connect to database on host: server. the application will now exit". I need to have AC to see patients in the afternoon today. Can anyone to please help??!!

Is AC 11.1.4 already on the server and functional there? If so reboot client then try reconnect actually would reboot both server and client . Again assuming can get into AC on server if still can't connect from client then run amazing utilities as an administrator and reset path , make sure you record current path

Thank you Koby. AC support helped me to complete the upgrade. Now I have a different problem. With the new 11.1.4, I cannot open patient chart, every time I open the chart, it will crash.

Try closing AC then when reopening AC go to main WIndows menu click on amazing charts menu go down to Amazing Charts ![[Linked Image]](https://acusersforum.com/ub/ubbthreads.php/ubb/download/Number/205/filename/acorder.JPG) Right click to open up Amazing Charts as administrator good luck these crashes can be a bugger.
