Hi all! We've been having a new problem where our AARP EOB's are downloading as BCBS, but ACPM is telling me there's nothing that can be done to correct this, except to email THEM the EOB numbers and they'll re-download them under the correct carrier. Does this seem like an issue that can be corrected at the office level? I don't understand why it's all of a sudden downloading as a different carrier.
