Has anyone else been experiencing slowness with Updox for the last week or so confused? I reached out to them and they said it sounded like my cache needed to be cleared. I've cleared it about 10 times this week and it's made ZERO difference in performance. Every time I clear it, I have to go back in and change my notification preferences again; it seems like it's been slow like this since they updated last week.
I am in Updox more than I'm in Amazing Charts, tbh, so it's really messing up my work flow when I have to wait for it to refresh constantly and tell me the page is unresponsive mad.

Our Updox has been slow intermittently in the past week too.
I love the features Updox provides but the inconsistent up time has prevented me from adding more of their services.

Yes. I am also experiencing slow Updox times. Have to wait for the page to refresh, and often have to refresh manually. Epanding items takes too long and sometimes does not work. Frustrating - need a smoother work flow.

I have tried loading Updox now on 3 different browsers this afternoon. IE, Chrome and Firefox and it's DEAD. Not doing ANYTHING. Ready to scream.

We were fine until just now (~2PM EST). Now can't even sign on. Updox status page says everything is fine....

And now we are back to normal, an hour later.
Updox status page acknowledges the issue.
