Apologize if this has been discussed previously...but is there a way to do a mass email with AC or updox?

Yes patient broadcast in updox. But the they have to login to their portal account to see the message. Lots of people will not.

we should request simple plain non-login email blast as updox feature. or we could just download them email list and do it ourselves.

The Updox Broadcast messaging package does allow you to mass email patients without the need of the patient portal. We use it often enough, actually. https://help.myupdox.com/help/broadcast-messagingSerene, if you have this package you should have the option to either broadcast via email or the portal.
