Hi everyone,
For various reasons I have delayed upgrading Amazing Charts to version 11.
The portal indicates that the New Crop interface has to be modified to work after the upgrade, and request that we notify support of the timing of our upgrade.
Since support seems (understandably) overwhelmed at this time, what is the best way to ensure that notification is received and acted upon?
And, is there a provision for actually checking to see if the upgrade was accomplished? Let's say I plan to upgrade on a weekday evening, after support is closed. I would like the New Crop changes to be done by, or early, the next morning. But what if the upgrade fails? Will the New Crop modification be done anyway, and leave us unable to prescribe?

Hi Gene.
Just send an email to techSupport@amazingcharts.com with the date and time that you will be upgrading. We notify NewCrop almost immediately. You can email us a couple days in advance if you like.
If something does happen where the self-upgrade fails, send us an email immediately and we will have NewCrop change it back (or use chats, if you are lucky enough to get someone online). Turn around time for those requests are extremely quick

I had this same exact thought but didn't have time to post or ask. Thanks Gene. I plan to self upgrade tomorrow. I already emailed Jennifer @AC tech support with the time that I expect our upgrade to be finished.

We self upgraded a week ago. Previously notified AC of the upgrade plan. Went essentially hitch-free once I downloaded the correct upgrade (11.1.2) -- It's the most recent build on the AC user portal. We haven't had any glitches since the upgrade.
