Hi everyone,
For various reasons I have delayed upgrading Amazing Charts to version 11.
The portal indicates that the New Crop interface has to be modified to work after the upgrade, and request that we notify support of the timing of our upgrade.
Since support seems (understandably) overwhelmed at this time, what is the best way to ensure that notification is received and acted upon?
And, is there a provision for actually checking to see if the upgrade was accomplished? Let's say I plan to upgrade on a weekday evening, after support is closed. I would like the New Crop changes to be done by, or early, the next morning. But what if the upgrade fails? Will the New Crop modification be done anyway, and leave us unable to prescribe?
