They were fast, calling me back right away after I emailed support@ac. The eRx is faster - no more delay. Haven't had any crashes yet, will know more tomorrow with a full schedule. Needed guardian angel because Tuner hung for >1h at "reindexing" but they called back in 15" on Saturday morning and got us going. First test script went through fine.
