Oh no. Already got a problem when upgrading on the main computer.
I clicked abort but now AC won't even start up. frown

AC called me back right away and fixed it.

The update is done! It took 2.5 hours and 2 phone calls with AC. They were fast, calling me back right away after I emailed support@ac.

The eRx is faster - no more delay. Haven't had any crashes yet, will know more tomorrow with a full schedule.

Now I can relax for today. laugh

The front desk workstation has been crashing twice a day around 10am and 2pm. Strange that it's around the same time everyday. Now another staff member has been experiencing crashes twice a day also. The doctor's workstation has not crashed, thankfully.

I try to shutdown then restart AC on my workstations a couple of times a day that seems to help albeit takes time and is not a permanent 'fix'

Hi,

Has anyone looked at event viewer for clues to what's happening?

Cheers,

Just finished going up from 10.0.2 to 11.1.1.
Needed guardian angel because Tuner hung for >1h at "reindexing" but they called back in 15" on Saturday morning and got us going.
First test script went through fine.

I opened the event viewer but I don't know how to read/understand it.
I have sent an email to support...
