I am actually the main trainer for the PopHealth module (when you purchase the module, you get one on one training time with me). The module can work for some HEDIS measures, but I don't think it would cover all of them. From what I understand about HEDIS, there are well over a hundred measures to track. Unfortunately Pophealth does not track that many.
That being said, I do think the Care Gaps portion of PopHealth is great. The ability to quickly pull reports on patients that need services is always useful. Plus you can then get the system to call the patients for you, rather than having a staff member do it.

As for the pricing, unfortunately that is a standard response on webinars. They never like to talk about pricing in webinars like that. I did talk with Adam in sales and got the go-ahead to post about pricing. Price is $45/Month per provider, per module (there are 3 modules in total). He did say there is a discount if a practice gets all the modules, but he didn't say what that is.
