Does anyone use AC's Population Health interface?
https://amazingcharts.com/population-health/We mainly need help doing our annual HEDIS measures, finding patients who are missing them and reminding the provider on the day of appt to address it. I would love to hear feedback on how useful the Population Health interface is for your practice (however you use it).
I watched a couple of webinars and it seems like the Care gaps part of the interface is basically what HEDIS is.
Price: I love how they don't have pricing because it "varies by practice; Call Us." Is it worth the price?
